An in-between

Rutger is currently suffering from a writers’ block, so I am taking over from him today. Two days ago, Rutger had a day of rest and we used that occasion to have another nice meal in a restaurant. This time we tried the Hard Rock Café. Rutger had gone to such a restaurant in Australia last year. Apparently the chain has the same menu world-wide, so he could order exactly the same plate as over there. The food was quite good!

Our preferred pastime over here is the swimming pool. Every free moment between training sessions and Tille’s naps is spent in the water. Meanwhile Tille has overcome her fear of sand, hence she now likes to play in the sand pool too. A great relief to Rutger and me, because now we can just relax aside her (without having to watch her constantly).Furthermore everything follows its normal course over here: training, playing with Tille, eating, resting en… counting down towards the race. It feels good that race day is coming closer! I wish it was already here!
